Fresh burrata handcrafted in Perth, a mozzarella shell hiding a molten centre of stracciatella and cream, in a perfect single-serve size.
Cut into the delicate shell and the soft, creamy centre spills out. The 100g size plates beautifully as an individual starter, and reads as premium on any chilled retail shelf.
