Fresh bocconcini handcrafted in Perth, small mozzarella balls with the same clean, milky flavour, sized for antipasti, salads and grazing.
Each ball keeps its brine-fresh softness and pulls apart cleanly. Toss them through salads, thread them onto skewers with tomato and basil, or scatter them across a grazing board.
